Purpose of inspection: The inspection is carried out on the basis of Rosselkhoznadzor Order No. 1248 dated 21122017 "On conducting inspections" issued on the basis of instructions from Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation AV Dvorkovich dated November 27, 2017.3 and in accordance with Article 14 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 294 FZ dated 26122008 "On the Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the Implementation of State Control Supervision and Municipal Control" in order to verify that business entities comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the maintenance and breeding of pigs, the production and sale of pork meat and processed products, the objectives of this audit are to ensure the epizootic and veterinary and sanitary well-being of the territory of the region, control and supervision of veterinary safety of products and raw materials of animal origin at all stages of its production, including the purchase storage transportation of raw materials and products of animal origin, the subject of this audit is compliance with mandatory requirements or requirements established by municipal legal acts.
