Purpose of inspection: The purpose of the KNM is to ensure the posting of complete and reliable information about persons providing housing and communal services, persons providing services and performing major repairs, and persons managing apartment buildings, in order to implement, from 07/01/2021, the provisions of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation as amended by Federal Law No. 442-FZ of 11/28/2018. "On Amendments to Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation."
The objectives of the KNM are to prevent, identify and suppress violations of mandatory legal requirements.
The subject of the KNM is compliance with the mandatory requirements for the placement of information set out in paragraphs 1, 2, 3.1, 11.1 of Section 10 of the Order of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation No. 74, Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation 114/pr dated February 29, 2016 "On approval of the composition, timing and frequency of information placement by information providers in the state information system of Housing and Communal Services"
