Purpose of inspection: This audit is conducted in order to carry out licensing control over the turnover of alcoholic beverages at the request of Babylon LLC 80o dated 28032018. The objectives of this audit are to carry out licensing control and prevent violations of the requirements of federal legislation and legislation of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of alcohol turnover. The subject of this audit is the compliance of information contained in the application and documents of a legal entity for granting a license for the right to carry out retail sale of alcoholic beverages and or retail sale of alcoholic beverages in the provision of catering services to the provisions of articles 2 8 102 11 12 14 16 19 20 25 and 26 of Federal Law No. 171 FZ dated 22111995 "On State Regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products and on restriction of consumption of alcoholic beverages" to the Chelyabinsk Region Law dated 27081998 g 51ZO "On State regulation of the production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products", as well as the compliance of information with data on legal entities contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and other federal information resources
