Purpose of inspection: This check is carried out for the purpose of: verifying the fulfillment by LLC Krasny Oktyabr Factory of the previously issued instruction No. 06-18/20/2-4/7 dated 03.03.2020, namely:
1. Excess of the standards established by Order No. 160 dated 05/22/2019 of the Verkhne-Volzhsky Basin Water Management "On approval of standards for permissible discharges of substances (except radioactive substances) and microorganisms into water bodies" during discharge from sewage treatment plants into the Sunzha River (Gorky Reservoir), according to the following indicators: pollutants: Ammonium-ion, Nitrite ion, Sulfate ion, Chloride ion, Phosphate ion (for phosphorus), COD, BPC, Total, Dry residue, Petroleum products, Copper, Hydrogen index. The deadline is November 02, 2020.
2. The use of the water body (Sunzha River) (Gorky reservoir) is carried out in violation of the conditions set out in paragraph 18 of the decision to grant the water body for use from 07.08.2018 №37-08.01.03.004- X-RSBH-T-2018-01538/00. The deadline is November 02, 2020.
The objectives of this audit are: prevention, detection and elimination of violations of the law.
The subject of this audit is the fulfillment of the instructions of state control (supervision) bodies and municipal control bodies.
