Purpose of inspection: assessment of compliance of the condition of the premises, technical facilities, equipment and other facilities that Novosibirsk Vtormet LLC is supposed to use when harvesting, storing, processing and selling ferrous scrap, non-ferrous metals and employees necessary to carry out this type of activity with the licensing requirements of the information contained in the application from 06022018 173632596975 submitted by Novosibirsk Vtormet LLC and documents to the requirements of Part 1 of Article 3 13 of Federal Law No. 99FZ dated 06052011 "On Licensing of Certain Types of Activities" paragraphs 5 to 7 of the Regulations on Licensing Activities for the Procurement, Storage, Processing and Sale of Ferrous Scrap of Non-ferrous Metals approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 12122012 1287 "On licensing activities for the Procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous scrap of non-ferrous metals" 2 the objective of this audit is verification of the ability of Novosibirsk Vtormet LLC to comply with the licensing requirements for completeness and reliability of the information specified in subparagraph 1 of paragraph 6 of this order. 7 The subject of this audit is the information specified in subparagraph 1 of paragraph 6 of this order, the condition of the premises, technical facilities, equipment and other facilities that Novosibirsk Vtormet LLC is supposed to use when harvesting storing processing and selling scrap ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and the availability of employees necessary to carry out this type of activity
