Purpose of inspection: To establish that this inspection is being conducted in order to fulfill the instructions of Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation AG Khlopin dated 13022018 AHP9771 "On the organization of unscheduled inspections in 2018 of compliance with mandatory requirements by organizations licensed to conduct industrial safety expertise" and in order to comply with the order of the Federal Service for Environmental Technological and Nuclear Supervision dated 28022018 86 "On organization of unscheduled on-site inspections of organizations licensed to carry out industrial safety expertise activities" The purpose of this audit is to monitor compliance by the licensee of Sibpromstroyproekt LLC with the licensing requirements and conditions for industrial safety expertise activities in accordance with license No. 06062013 DE00012817 for the following types of work: conducting an examination of buildings and structures at a hazardous production facility The subject of this audit is the condition of premises buildings structures technical facilities equipment and other necessary facilities, materials and documents that are used by the licensee in carrying out the licensed type of activity, the work performed, the services provided and the availability of necessary employees who meet the requirements established by federal standards and regulations in the field of industrial safety, which are certified in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of certification corresponding to the claimed works and services in order to assess the compliance of such facilities, facilities, materials, documents, services provided and employees with the licensing requirements imposed on them.
