The timber products were transported by a Volvo car with the state number r 290 OK 11 with a semi-trailer, driven by the driver Velichko Sergey Alexandrovich, accompanied by an accompanying document for the transportation of timber No. 62 dated 03/23/2021, waybill No. 62, waybill No. 35 dated 03/23/2021 without a quarantine certificate.
According to the Argus-Phyto FGIS database for the issuance and accounting of phytosanitary documentation of Vilezhanochka LLC, quarantine certificates for the transportation of the above-mentioned quarantined products were not issued.
