Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out in order to identify and suppress violations of the requirements of current legislation aimed at preventing the spread of particularly dangerous animal diseases and the introduction of pathogens of these infections into the territory of safe regions of the country, as well as the release of dangerous veterinary and sanitary livestock products on the basis of Rosselkhoznadzor Order No. 990 dated 140920 issued pursuant to the instructions of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation V. Abramchenko dated 31082020 GP1110557 and Paragraph 3, Part 2, Article 10 of the Federal Law of 26122008 g 294 FZ "On the protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the exercise of state control, supervision and municipal control"the objectives of this audit are to assess compliance with mandatory requirements in the implementation of Agrotechnstroy LLC activities for the maintenance, breeding and slaughter of pigs, storage, production and sale of pork and products of its processing, as well as activities related to the maintenance, breeding and slaughter of poultry, storage, production and sale of poultry meat and processed products, the subject of this audit is compliance with mandatory requirements and or requirements established by municipal legal acts
