The purpose of this audit is to comply with the mandatory requirements and or requirements established by municipal legal acts of compliance of the performance of works and the construction materials used during the construction reconstruction of a capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work, with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with parts 15 152 and 153 of Article 48 of this Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, taking into account the changes made to the project documentation in accordance with parts 38 and 39 article 49 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation and or the information model, if the formation and maintenance of an information model are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of this Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, including energy efficiency requirements, with the exception of capital construction facilities to which energy efficiency requirements do not apply and the requirements for equipping the capital construction facility with metering devices for used energy resources, checking the availability of building permits verification of compliance with the requirements established by parts 2 3 and 31 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation
