Purpose of inspection: The inspection is carried out on the basis of the Rosselkhoznadzor Order dated 14122018 1449 "On conducting inspections" issued on the basis of instructions from Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation AV Gordeev dated November 28, 20181 and in accordance with Articles 10 and 14 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 26122008 294 FZ "On the Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the Implementation of State Control, Supervision and municipal control" in order to verify compliance by business entities with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the maintenance, breeding and slaughter of pigs, storage, production and sale of pork and its processed products, as well as legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in the maintenance, breeding and slaughter of poultry, storage, production and sale of poultry meat and its processed products, the objectives of this audit are to ensure epizootic and veterinary sanitary welfare of the territory of the region of control supervision of veterinary safety of products and raw materials of animal origin at all stages of its production, including the purchase storage transportation of raw materials and products of animal originthe subject of this inspection is compliance with mandatory requirements or requirements established by municipal legal acts
