Purpose of inspection: the purpose of ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being, the fulfillment of instructions from the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02/06/2021 № DG-P13-1309, Order of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being dated 02/15/2021 № 45 "On quality control and safety of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products."
The objectives of this audit are:
- implementation of state control (supervision) over compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population and legislation on technical regulation;
- prevention of harmful effects of environmental factors on humans;
- prevention of infectious and mass non-communicable diseases (poisoning) of the population.
The subject of this review is:
- compliance with the mandatory requirements of the current sanitary legislation of the Russian Federation;
- compliance with the mandatory requirements of the legislation on technical regulation.
