Purpose of inspection: To establish that this check is carried out for the purpose of: checking the compliance of the license applicant with the licensing requirements.
The objectives of this audit are: assessment of compliance of the license applicant with the licensing requirements established by Article 193 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation; assessment of compliance of the information contained in the submitted application and documents with the provisions of Parts 1 and 3 of Article 13 of Federal Law No. 99-FZ dated 05/04/2011 "On Licensing of certain types of activities", as well as information about the license applicant contained in the unified State Register of Legal Entities, the unified State Register of Individual entrepreneurs and other federal information resources.
The subject of this review is:
- compliance with mandatory requirements or requirements established by municipal legal acts;
- compliance of the information contained in the notification of the commencement of certain types of entrepreneurial activity with mandatory requirements;
