Purpose of inspection: To establish that this inspection is being carried out in order to implement the inspection program No. 29-17-24/242-21, the purpose of this inspection is to carry out regional state construction supervision. The subject of this audit is to verify the compliance of the work performed and the construction materials used during the construction of the capital construction facility "Four-storey Sports Center Building (No. 1 according to ROM)", located at 59 Vishneva Street, Kirovsky District, Yekaterinburg, as well as the results of such work with the requirements approved in accordance with Parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Articles 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation of the project documentation (subject to changes made to the project documentation in accordance with parts 3.8 and 3.9 of Article 49 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation) and (or) the information model (if the formation and maintenance of the information model are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation Russian Federation), including energy efficiency requirements (with the exception of capital construction facilities to which energy efficiency requirements do not apply) and the requirements for equipping a capital construction facility with metering devices for energy resources used; availability of a construction permit; and compliance with the requirements established by parts 2, 3, and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation.
