Purpose of inspection: In order to comply with the Rosselkhoznadzor Order No. 93 dated 02/01/2021 "On Conducting Inspections" and No. 94 dated 02/01/2021 "On Conducting Inspections" by virtue of clause 3, Part 2, Article 10 of Federal Law No. 294-FZ dated 12/26/2008 "On the Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the Exercise of State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control";
Tasks: identification, prevention and suppression of violations of mandatory requirements of legislation in the field of veterinary medicine and taking measures to prevent and (or) eliminate the consequences of identified violations.
The subject of this audit is the information contained in the documents, as well as the compliance of its employees with the requirements; the condition of the territories, buildings, structures, structures, premises, equipment, similar facilities, vehicles used by these persons in carrying out activities; goods produced and sold (work performed, services provided) and measures taken to comply with mandatory requirements and the conditions established by municipal legal acts.
