Purpose of inspection: This audit is carried out within the framework of the implementation of the functions of regional state housing supervision in the territory of the Kirov region (registration number in the Federal State Budgetary Institution "FRGU" 4301000020000163156) in order to ensure the placement of complete and reliable information about persons providing housing and communal services, persons providing services and performing major repairs, persons managing apartment buildings, in order to implement, from 07/01/2021, the provisions of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation as amended by Federal Law No. 442-FZ dated 11/28/2018 "On Amendments to Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation".
The objectives of this audit are to prevent, identify and suppress violations of mandatory legal requirements.
The subject of this review is:
- compliance with the mandatory requirements for the placement of information established by paragraphs 1, 2.1. of Section 8 of the Order of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation No. 74, Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation 114/pr dated February 29, 2016 "On approval of the composition, timing and frequency of information placement by information providers in the state information system of housing and communal services"
