Purpose of inspection: The inspection is carried out in order to assess the compliance of activities carried out at the Facility with the requirements of the urban planning legislation of the Russian Federation, legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of environmental protection, fire safety requirements and sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population, including technical regulations, and project documentation. The purpose of this inspection is to prevent, identify and suppress violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation. Of the Russian Federation, including technical regulations, and project documentation, the subject of this audit is compliance with mandatory requirements regarding: a) compliance of the work performed and the building materials used during the construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with Parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Code) (subject to changes made to the project documentation in accordance with Parts 3.8 3.9 of Article 49 of this Code) and (or) an information model (if the formation and maintenance of an information model are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of this Code), including energy efficiency requirements (with the exception of capital construction facilities to which energy efficiency requirements do not apply) and equipment requirements of the capital construction facility metering devices for used energy resources; b) availability of a construction permit; c) compliance with the requirements established by parts 2, 3 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation.

Purpose of inspection: The inspection is carried out in order to assess the compliance of activities carried out at the Facility with the requirements of the urban planning legislation of the Russian Federation, legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of environmental protection, fire safety requirements and sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population, including technical regulations, and project documentation;
b) the purpose of this audit is to prevent, identify and suppress violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including technical regulations, and project documentation.
7. The subject of this audit is compliance with the mandatory requirements regarding:
a) compliance of the work performed and the building materials used during the construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Code) (with taking into account the changes made to the project documentation in accordance with Parts 3.8 and 3.9 of Article 49 of this Code) and (or) the information model (if the formation and maintenance of the information model are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of this Code), including energy efficiency requirements (with the exception of capital construction facilities for which energy efficiency requirements do not apply) and the requirements for equipping a capital construction facility with metering devices for used energy resources;
b) availability of a building permit;
c) fulfillment of the requirements established by parts 2, 3 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation.
