Purpose of inspection: this inspection is carried out for the purpose of supervision of compliance with sanitary legislation and technical regulation on the basis of the order of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare 1022 dated 18122018 "On conducting unscheduled inspections in 2019 in respect of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in the storage production and sale of pork poultry meat and processed products" issued in order to implement the instruction of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 28112018, paragraph 7, Section I of Protocol 1, the subject of this audit is to note the necessary observance of mandatory requirements. The objectives of this audit are to establish compliance of the subject's activities with mandatory requirements of sanitary legislation and legislation in the field of technical regulation when detecting violations of the above-mentioned legislation in the activities of the person being audited, to establish the causes leading to violation of the laws of the Russian Federation in the field of in the field of sanitation and technical regulation, development of proposals for taking measures to eliminate the identified violations
