Purpose of inspection: The purpose is to monitor compliance with the requirements of land legislation on the basis of a reasoned submission dated 04/9/2021 No. 10 based on the results of an analysis of the act of administrative inspection of the land relations facility dated 03/31/2021 No. 18 (identification of signs of violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, for which the legislation of the Russian Federation provides for administrative and other responsibility); identification of parameters activities of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur that correspond to risk indicator No. 1. discrepancy between the area of the land plot used by the legal entity or individual entrepreneur, determined as a result of control measures without interaction with the legal entity or individual entrepreneur, and the area of the land plot, information about which is contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (appendix to the order of the Ministry of Economic Development Of the Russian Federation dated 09.01.2018 No. 7).
