Purpose of inspection: The inspection is carried out in order to: assess the compliance of the activities carried out with the mandatory requirements of Federal Law No. 184-FZ dated December 27, 2002 "On Technical Regulation", Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 010/2011 "On the Safety of Machinery and Equipment", adopted by the decision of the Customs Union Commission dated 10/18/2011 N 823. The inspection is carried out on the basis of the instruction of the Deputy Head of Rosstandart Kuleshov A.V. "On the organization of measures for state control (supervision) in relation to Onega Tractor LLC No. AK-3051/05 dated 03/09/2021. The inspection is carried out on the basis of a reasoned submission by official No. 8 dated 03/16/2021 based on the results of consideration of received appeals (ex. No. 71 dated 02/02/2021, No. 37 dated 01/25/2021) on the threat of harm to the life and health of citizens due to violations of the safety requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 010/2011 "On the safety of machinery and equipment" to tractors industrially issued by Onega Tractor LLC in accordance with clause "a" of clause 2, Part 2, Article 10 of Federal Law No. 294-FZ dated December 26, 2008 "On the Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the Exercise of State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control", Federal Law No. 2 May 2006, No. 59 "On the Procedure for Considering Appeals from Citizens of the Russian Federation."
