Purpose of inspection: assessment of compliance of the condition of premises, technical means, equipment and other facilities that are supposed to be used by Vtortech LLC in the procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous scrap, non-ferrous metals and workers necessary for the implementation of this type of activity with the licensing requirements of the information contained in the information submitted by Vtortech LLC dated 16022018 11363340396942 and documents to the requirements of Part 1 3 of Article 13 of the Federal Law from 06052011 99 FZ "On licensing of certain types of activities" paragraphs 5 to 7 of the Regulation on licensing activities for the procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous scrap of non-ferrous metals approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 12122012 1287 "On licensing activities for the procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous scrap of non-ferrous metals" 2 the purpose of this audit is to verify the possibility of LLC Vtortech license requirements for completeness and reliability of the information specified in subparagraph 1 of paragraph 6 of this order 7 The subject of this audit is the information specified in subparagraph 1 of paragraph 6 of this order, the condition of premises, technical equipment and other facilities that are supposed to be used by LLC Vtortech in the procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous scrap, non-ferrous metals and availability of employees necessary for the implementation of the specified type of activity
