Purpose of inspection: The purpose of the audit is to implement the instruction of Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation VL Mutko dated January 16, 2019 VMP9148 on ensuring the conduct of safety checks for the use and maintenance of indoor gas equipment in apartment buildings, as well as the organization of maintenance of smoke ventilation channels in apartment buildings. The objectives of the audit are to establish compliance with the requirements of housing legislation provided for in subparagraph "b" of paragraph 41 of the Regulations on Licensing of Entrepreneurial Management activities apartment buildings" approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 28102014 1110 regarding the conclusion by the management organization within 30 calendar days from the date of the start of the execution of the apartment building management agreement of work contracts for the proper maintenance of indoor gas equipment systems, the subject of verification is compliance with mandatory requirements or requirements established by municipal legal acts
