Purpose of inspection: This audit is carried out in order to verify compliance with the mandatory requirements of Articles 49 51 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation upon notification of the start of construction of bx 4296 dated 21072017. The objectives of this audit are to prevent identify and suppress violations of the legislation on urban development activities committed by the developer, the customer, as well as the person carrying out construction on the basis of an agreement with the developer. The subject of this audit is compliance with mandatory requirements or requirements established by the by municipal legal acts, the implementation of measures to prevent harm to the life and health of citizens, harm to animals, plants, the environment, cultural heritage sites, historical and cultural monuments of the peoples of the Russian Federation, museum objects and museum collections included in the Museum Fund of the Russian Federation, especially valuable, including unique documents of the Archival Fund of the Russian Federation, documents of special historical scientific and cultural significance that are part of the national library fund
