Popova dated 16.10.2020 No. 723 "On conducting unscheduled inspections of educational organizations and their food suppliers", issued in accordance with the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation dated 14.10.2020 No. Pr-1665, requirements of the Prosecutor's Office of the Kirov region dated 09.11.2020 No. Isorg-21-3124-20/20568-20330001 "On conducting unscheduled inspections";
- execution of the order of the Head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare A.Y. Popova dated 02/15/2021 No. 45 "On quality and safety control of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products", issued in accordance with the instruction of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02/06/2021 № DG-P13-1309.
The objectives of this audit are: supervision and control over the fulfillment of mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population in the field of ensuring the quality and safety of food products, prevention of harmful effects of environmental factors on humans, prevention of infectious and mass non-communicable diseases (poisoning) of the population in the provision of public catering services; supervision and control for compliance with the mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on consumer rights protection and in the field of the consumer market.
