Purpose of inspection: In order to assess the compliance of activities carried out at the Facility with the requirements of the urban planning legislation of the Russian Federation, legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of environmental protection, fire safety requirements and sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population, as well as energy efficiency requirements and requirements for equipping the capital construction facility with metering devices for used energy resources, design documentation;, prevention, identification and suppression of violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation and project documentation., compliance with mandatory requirements regarding: a) compliance of the work performed and the construction materials used during the construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work with the requirements of the design documentation approved in accordance with parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Code) and the requirements for equipping the capital construction facility with metering devices for energy resources used; b) the availability of a building permit; c) compliance with the requirements set out in parts 2, 3 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Code.
The purpose of this audit is to prevent, identify and suppress violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation and project documentation.
The subject of this audit is compliance with the mandatory requirements regarding:
a) compliance of the work performed and the construction materials used during the construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of the Code;
b) availability of a building permit;
c) fulfillment of the requirements established by parts 2, 3 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation.
