Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out in order to comply with the order of the head of Rostechnadzor dated 15032017 85 "On inspections of organizations operating tower cranes" issued in accordance with the instructions of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation AG Khloponin dated 08022017 AHP9682 "On the organization and conduct of unscheduled inspections of organizations operating tower cranes from 2017 to 2019"The objectives of this audit are to prevent identify and suppress violations of mandatory requirements established by Federal laws and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation in the field of industrial safety and technical regulation of mandatory requirements. The purpose of this audit is to note the need for a legal entity to comply with mandatory industrial safety requirements during the design construction operation conservation and liquidation of hazardous production facilities manufacture installation commissioning maintenance and repair technical devices of lifting cranes used at hazardous production facilities compliance with the specified requirements of the buildings, facilities, equipment and materials used, as well as requirements for machinery and equipment and related requirements for these products of operation and disposal processes
