Purpose of inspection: In order to ensure sanitary and epidemiological well-being of a person on the basis of Order No. 45 of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being dated 02/15/2021 "On quality and Safety control of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products", issued in accordance with the instruction of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02/06/2021 № DG-P13-1309.
The objectives of this audit are: implementation of state control (supervision) over compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population, legislation in the field of technical regulation; prevention of infectious and mass non-communicable diseases (poisoning) of the population.
The subject of this audit is: compliance with the mandatory requirements of the norms of the current sanitary legislation of the Russian Federation, the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation; carrying out measures to prevent the threat of harm to the health of citizens.
