Purpose of inspection: this check is carried out in order to verify the facts of violation of mandatory requirements of housing legislation in relation to an apartment building located at 40 Avtodorozhnaya Street Yakutsk on the basis of an appeal from citizens dated 09092016 12776 as well as checking the implementation of legislation in the field of checking the sanitary condition of adjacent territories of apartment buildings and common areas as part of the implementation of the action plan approved by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Sakha Yakutia January 29, 2016 inspection of the sanitary condition of the adjacent territories of apartment buildings and common areas within the framework of the implementation of the action plan approved by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Sakha Yakutia January 29, 2016 pursuant to paragraph 81 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Sakha Yakutia dated February 24, 2016 n 143r "On measures for the preparation of housing and communal facilities and enterprises fuel and energy complex of the Republic of Sakha Yakutia for the heating season 20162017" checking the proper maintenance of the common property of an apartment building in terms of organizing work on high-quality preparation of life support systems of the housing stock for operation during the heating season 20162017, the objectives of this audit are to prevent identify and suppress violations of mandatory requirements established by housing legislationcompliance with mandatory requirements to be fulfilled by persons engaged in activities to fulfill maintenance services and or repair of common property in an apartment building in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation
