Purpose of inspection: the inspection is carried out in order to: verify the fulfillment of the requirements of the regulation dated 07/15/2021 No. 519-03/03-06-04/08 issued by Stroytechmechanization LLC, an approved inspection program for the capital construction facility, including during the construction phase (outdoor communications, NVK networks, electricity supply, landscaping), in order to assess compliance:
1) compliance of the work performed and the construction materials and products used in the process of construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter – GsK RF) (including taking into account the changes made to working documentation and which, in accordance with Part 1.3 of Article 52 of the GsK of the Russian Federation, are part of such project documentation) and (or) an information model (if the formation and maintenance of an information model are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of the GsK of the Russian Federation);
2) the requirements established by Parts 2 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
3) the requirements established by Part 4 of Article 52 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation to ensure the conservation of the capital construction facility;
4) requirements for the procedure for the implementation of construction control established by the GSK of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts.
The task of the audit is to monitor compliance with the requirements of urban planning legislation and approved project documentation.
