Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out with the aim of: taking measures on the facts set out in the act of planned (raid) inspection, survey No. RO 0001113/05 dated 05/24/2021, reasoned submission No. 165 dated 06/23/2021, on an agricultural land plot with cadastral number 61:20:0600019:223, the fact of storage of solid household waste, construction debris, waste has been established. vital activity of farm animals (manure), 4 cases of soil contamination with dangerous chemicals of hazard class 1 – benz(a)pyrene and zinc were detected.
The objectives of this audit are: implementation of state control (supervision) over compliance with requirements in the field of land use.
The subject of this audit is: - compliance with mandatory requirements or requirements established by municipal legal acts;
- holding events: to prevent harm to the life and health of citizens, harm to animals, plants, the environment; cultural heritage sites (historical and cultural monuments) of the peoples of the Russian Federation, museum objects and museum collections included in the Museum Fund of the Russian Federation, especially valuable, including unique, documents of the Archival Fund of the Russian Federation, documents, having special historical, scientific, and cultural significance, which is part of the national library fund; to eliminate the consequences of causing such harm.
