Purpose of inspection: This audit is conducted in order to verify the circumstances set out in the material of the Department of Property and Land Relations of the City of Sevastopol dated 05072018 0350GS sent by letter dated 16082018 1178005052018 regarding the unauthorized occupation of a land plot and misuse of a land plot not occupied by capital facilities owned by Agrotechnoprom LLC. The objectives of this audit are to identify and suppress violations of land legislation, establish the presence or absence of facts of violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation for violation of which the legislation of the Russian Federation provides for administrative and other responsibility for taking measures to prevent and or eliminate the consequences of identified violations of land legislation
