Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out in order to verify information about the threat of harm to plants, the environment and the occurrence of a natural emergency, as indicated in reasoned submission No. 506-600 dated 08/24/2020 from the head of the Interdistrict Department for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision in the Yenisei group of districts, A.B. Shchelkanov, upon the identification of quarantine objects – a large black spruce barbel (Monochamus urussovi), small black spruce barbel (Monochamus sutor L.), which is confirmed by the conclusion of the quarantine examination of the Krasnoyarsk branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VNIIKR" dated 11.12.2020 No. 8-95.
The objectives of this inspection are: to carry out control and supervisory measures aimed at preventing the threat of harm to plants, the environment and the occurrence of an emergency situation; to prevent and suppress violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of plant quarantine.
