Purpose of inspection: the inspection is carried out in order to comply with the orders of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision No. 93 dated February 1, 2021 and No. 94 dated February 1, 2021, pursuant to the instructions of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation V.V. Abramchenko (minutes of the meeting in videoconference mode of the Permanent Antiepizootic Commission of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 19, 2021 No. 1).
The subject of this review is:
- compliance with mandatory requirements;
- carrying out measures to prevent harm to life, health of citizens, harm to animals, plants, and the environment;
The objectives of this review are:
- implementation of control and supervisory powers in accordance with the instructions of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation V.V. Abramchenko (minutes of the videoconference meeting of the Permanent Anti-Epizootic Commission of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 19, 2021 № 1).
- measures to monitor compliance with the requirements for the storage and destruction of biological waste;
- ensuring epizootic well-being on the territory of the Russian Federation and protecting its territory from the penetration and spread of animal diseases common to humans and animals, preventing the import of low-quality and dangerous veterinary and sanitary products.
