Purpose of inspection: verification of compliance with the mandatory requirements of Articles 49 51 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation upon notification of the start of construction entry 2214 dated 08042019 prevention detection and suppression of violations of urban planning legislation and project documentation by the developer, technical customer, as well as by the person carrying out construction on the basis of a contract with the developer or technical customer, compliance with mandatory requirements and or requirements established by municipal legal acts verification of compliance during the construction and reconstruction of a capital construction facility, if state construction supervision is provided, the developer or technical customer must send a notice of the start of such work to the executive authority of the subject of the Russian Federation authorized to carry out state construction supervision no later than seven working days before the start of construction and reconstruction of the capital construction facility.
