Purpose of inspection: It is carried out in order to determine:
the fulfillment of subparagraph "a" of paragraph 2 of Part 2 of Article 10 of Federal Law No. 294-FZ dated December 26, 2008 "On the Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the exercise of State Control (Supervision)", namely:
verification of information reflected in a reasoned submission dated 04/29/2021.
The purpose of the audit is to establish compliance by Codru LLC with mandatory requirements for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages, including prohibitions on the retail sale of alcoholic beverages.:
- without recording information in the unified state automated information system in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on state regulation of the production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products;
- without federal special stamps for alcoholic beverages in accordance with the requirements of Article 12 of Federal Law No. 171-FZ dated 11/22/1995 "On State Regulation of the Production and Turnover of ethyl Alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol–containing products and on the Restriction of Consumption (drinking) of alcoholic beverages" (hereinafter also referred to as Federal Law No. 171-FZ);
- without accompanying documents in accordance with the requirements of Article 10.2 of Federal Law No. 171-FZ certifying the legality of their production and turnover.
The subject of the audit is:
compliance by Codru LLC with the mandatory requirements established in accordance with the provisions of Articles 10.2, 12, 14 of Federal Law No. 171-FZ.
