Purpose of inspection: this audit is carried out in order to establish compliance with the requirements of part 5 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, as well as to determine the compliance of the completed works used in the construction of a capital construction facility with building materials, the results of such work with the requirements of design documentation, including energy efficiency requirements and requirements for equipment of capital construction facilities with metering devices for energy resources used, availability of a construction permit, compliance with the requirements of Parts 2, 3 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, on the basis of the notice received by the Inspection on the beginning of reconstruction of the capital construction facility dated 06/21/2021 No. 6330.
The objectives of this audit are:
prevention, as well as identification and suppression of violations committed by the developer, the customer, the person carrying out the reconstruction on the basis of an agreement with the developer or the customer, of compliance with the work performed during the construction of the capital construction facility with the requirements of technical regulations, other regulatory legal acts and project documentation.
