Purpose of inspection: This audit is conducted in order to confirm violations of mandatory licensing requirements identified as a result of systematic monitoring, and to review information about violations received from the FSUE GRCC branch in the Northwestern Federal District, VH 2096778 dated 19102017. The objectives of this audit are to verify compliance with licensing conditions and mandatory requirements for the provision of telecommunication services
