Tasks of the audit:
prevention, detection and suppression of violations of the legislation on urban development and project documentationsubject of the audit committed by the developer, the technical customer, as well as the person carrying out construction on the basis of an agreement with the developer or technical customer:
1) compliance of the work performed and the construction materials and products used in the process of construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (taking into account the changes made to the project documentation in accordance with parts 3.8 and 3.9 article 49 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation) and (or) an information model (if the formation and maintenance of an information model are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of this Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation); 2) the requirement for a construction permit, as well as the parameters of an under construction, reconstructed capital construction facility specified in the construction permit; 3) the requirements established by parts 2 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation; 4) the requirements established by part 4 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation to ensure the conservation of an object of capital construction; 5) the requirements for the procedure for carrying out construction control established by the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, other regulatory legal acts.
