Purpose of inspection: for the purpose of: ensuring the posting of complete and reliable information about persons providing housing and communal services, persons providing services and performing major repairs, and persons managing apartment buildings in order to implement, from July 1, 2021, the provisions of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation as amended by the Federal Law of November 28, 2018. No. 442-FZ "On Amendments to Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation" based on the Order of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated March 30, 2021 No. 193/pr.
The objectives of this audit are:
to determine the compliance of the activities of Vertical Management Company LLC with the mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, and to take measures in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in case of violations.
The subject of this audit is:
compliance with the mandatory requirements for the placement of information in the state information system of housing and communal services, established by paragraphs 2, 3.1, 11.1, 14 of Section 10 of the Order of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation No. 74, Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation No. 114/pr dated 02/29/2016 "On approval of the composition, timing and frequency of information placement by information providers in the state information system the housing and communal services system".
