Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out with the aim of:
detecting and suppressing violations of the requirements of current legislation aimed at preventing the spread of particularly dangerous animal diseases and the introduction of pathogens of these infections into the territory of safe regions of the country, as well as the release of dangerous veterinary and sanitary livestock products, based on Rosselkhoznadzor Order No. 93 dated 02/01/2021, issued pursuant to the instructions of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation V.V. Abramchenko dated January 19, 2021, No. 1, and paragraph 3 of Part 2 of Article 10 of Federal Law No. 294-FZ dated December 26, 2008 "On the Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the Exercise of State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control";
The objectives of this review are:
assessment of compliance with mandatory requirements in the implementation of Avi LLC activities related to the maintenance, breeding and slaughter of poultry, storage, production and sale of poultry meat and processed products.
The subject of this audit is compliance with mandatory requirements and/or requirements established by municipal legal acts.;
