Purpose of inspection: Purpose: - verification of the fulfillment by a legal entity (individual entrepreneur) of the instruction on the elimination of identified violations of mandatory requirements dated 04/01/2021 No. 12.1 issued by the State Construction Supervision Service of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District;
- verification of the compliance of the work performed and the construction materials used during the construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work with the requirements of the design documentation, including energy efficiency requirements (with the exception of capital construction facilities to which energy efficiency requirements do not apply) and the requirements for equipping the capital construction facility with metering devices for energy resources used;
- checking for a building permit;
- verification of compliance with the requirements established by Parts 2, 3 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation.
The basis is the notice of elimination of violations during the reconstruction of the capital construction facility of LLC Garantia dated 04/20/2021 No. 6 (hereinafter referred to as the notice of elimination of violations), the notice of completion of construction of the capital construction facility of LLC Garantia dated 04/20/2021 No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the notice of completion of construction).
The objectives of this audit are: verification of the elimination by a legal entity (individual entrepreneur) of violations of the mandatory requirements specified in the service's instruction dated 04/01/2021 No. 12.1, prevention, detection and suppression of violations of legislation on urban development, project documentation, as well as other mandatory requirements.
The subject of this audit is: compliance with mandatory requirements and (or) requirements established by municipal legal acts; compliance with the instructions of state control (supervision) bodies, municipal control bodies.
