Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out in order to evaluate the activities of Rescenter LLC in fulfilling paragraph 2 of the previously issued instruction dated 08/27/2021 No. 04-09.76/460-2712, the deadline for which expired on 11/22/2021. The objectives of this inspection (inspection) are: to carry out control measures to verify information (documents) provided to the Department for supervision of compliance with the requirements of the Federal Tax Service in the design, construction and manufacture of nuclear power plant, RI, nuclear power plant and RV, RW storage facilities for the elimination of violations identified during an unscheduled documentary inspection (inspection), an act from 08/27/2021 No. 04-09.76/460-2711, preparation of the necessary documents based on the inspection results. 6. The subject of this inspection, in accordance with paragraph 33 of subparagraph 1 of the Administrative Regulations for the Implementation by the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision in the Field of Atomic Energy Use, approved by Rostechnadzor Order No. 248 dated 06/07/2013, is the fulfillment of the requirements of paragraph 2 of Regulation No. 04-09.76/460-2712 dated 08/27/2021, namely:
The knowledge of the Chairman of the Commission, V.N. Podkosov (General Director), has not been verified;
An additional (extraordinary) knowledge check of the chief specialist in science and innovation Kamynov Sh.V. was not carried out.
The requirements of paragraph 6, subparagraph 1 of NP-090-11, paragraph 13 of NP-071-18 were violated.
Submit accounting documents based on the results of a knowledge check of the requirements of regulatory documents used in the conduct of licensing activities, in accordance with the procedure established by the requirements of N 45546050.01-2020.
