Purpose of inspection: Establish that:
This inspection is carried out in order to carry out regional state construction supervision during the construction of the specified capital construction facility, in connection with the onset of completion dates, which are subject to verification in accordance with the approved program of 05/24/2021 inspections during the construction of the capital construction facility.;
The objectives of this audit are to prevent, identify and suppress violations of legislation on urban development, including project documentation.
7. The subject of this audit is:
7.1. Verification of compliance of the work performed and the construction materials used during the construction of a capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work, with the requirements of the design documentation approved in accordance with Parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (subject to changes made to the design documentation in accordance with parts 3.8 and 3.9 of Article 49 Urban Development Code of the Russian Federation) and (or) an information model (if the formation and maintenance of an information model are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of the Urban Development Code of the Russian Federation), including energy efficiency requirements (with the exception of capital construction facilities, which are not subject to energy efficiency requirements) and equipment requirements of the capital construction facility metering devices for used energy resources;
7.2. Meeting the requirements set out in Parts 2, 3 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation;
7.3. Verification of the construction permit.
