Purpose of inspection: The purpose of the audit is to comply with the instructions of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Yuri Borisov, dated 31052018, YUBP43019. The objectives of this audit are to verify, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, compliance with fire safety requirements at the protection facility established by federal laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation adopted in accordance with them, and to take measures based on the results of the audit. The subject of this audit is to note necessary compliance with mandatory requirements and or requirements established by municipal legal acts compliance with the instructions of state control bodies supervision of municipal control bodies carrying out measures to prevent harm to the life and health of citizens, harm to animals, plants, the environment, cultural heritage sites, historical and cultural monuments of the peoples of the Russian Federation, museum objects and museum collections included in the Museum Fund of the Russian Federation are particularly valuable, including among the unique documents of the Archival Fund of the Russian Federation, documents of special historical, scientific and cultural significance that are part of the national Library Fund for the prevention of natural and man-made emergencies, for ensuring state security, and for eliminating the consequences of such harm.
