Purpose of inspection: In order to prevent and suppress offenses in the established areas of activity of the North Sea Interregional Rosselkhoznadzor Administration on the basis of a reasoned submission from the official of the North Sea Interregional Rosselkhoznadzor Administration dated 05/27/2021 No. 839K, based on the results of a review of the results of laboratory tests of a sample of haddock used frozen fish, according to the arsenic indicator and the identification of non–compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On Safety fish and fish products", "On Food safety" (Test Report No. 740-B-21-1934- Dated 05/14/2021). According to the results of studies conducted on the basis of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VGNKI" within the framework of food monitoring (Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation No. 1409 dated 12/28/2020), arsenic was found in these products in the amount of 8.1 mg/kg with a regulatory value of no more than 5.0 mg/kg. Second-hand frozen haddock fish produced by OOO "Putin's Fishing Company", TIN 2902063524, legal address: 431655, Russian Federation, Murmansk region, Murmansk, Festivalnaya str., 6; production address: MK-0542 "Project-1", Murmansk. Eating products that do not comply with sanitary and safety standards is a threat to harm the life and health of citizens.
The objectives of this inspection are: to prevent violations of the requirements of the veterinary legislation of the Russian Federation, the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union, and to bring the perpetrators to administrative responsibility if violations of the legislation are detected.
The subject of this audit is the conduct of events: to prevent harm to the life and health of citizens.
