Purpose of inspection: The purpose of this audit is to establish compliance with
LLC "DID" mandatory requirements for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages, including prohibitions on the retail sale of alcoholic beverages:
- without recording information in the unified state automated information system (hereinafter referred to as the USAIS)
in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation
on state regulation of the production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol–containing products;
- without federal special stamps for alcoholic beverages
in accordance with the requirements of Article 12 of Federal Law No. 171-FZ dated 11/22/1995 "On State Regulation of the Production and Turnover of ethyl Alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol–containing products
and on the restriction of Consumption (drinking) of alcoholic beverages" (hereinafter also referred to as Federal Law No. 171-FZ);
- without accompanying documents in accordance with the requirements of Article 10.2 of Federal Law No. 171-FZ certifying the legality of their production and turnover.
