Purpose of inspection: The objectives of this audit are to prevent identify and suppress violations of urban planning legislation, including technical regulations and project documentation, committed by the developer, the technical customer, as well as by the person carrying out construction on the basis of a contract with the developer or the customer, hereinafter referred to as the contractor. The subject of this audit is 1. the conformity of the work and the construction materials used during the construction and reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work, the requirements of the technical regulations of the project documentation, including the requirements for energy efficiency and the requirements for equipping the capital construction facility with metering devices for the energy resources used, 2 the availability of a construction permit, 3 compliance with the requirements of parts 236 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, the availability of a certificate of admission to construction and reconstruction works that affect the safety of capital construction facilities, including certificates on admission to work on the organization of construction in the case of involvement by the developer or technical customer on the basis of a contract of an individual or a legal entity
