Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out within the framework of an organization for conducting an unscheduled inspection: checking the activities of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and citizens to comply with the requirements of sanitary legislation, legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of consumer protection, rules for the sale of certain types of goods.
Objectives: to monitor the fulfillment by a legal entity of the previously issued instruction of an official authorized to carry out state sanitary and epidemiological supervision No. 19-06/77 dated 03/04/2020, the deadline for which expired on 02/12/2021.
The objectives of this audit are: to establish the compliance of the activities of the audited legal entity with the mandatory requirements of the Russian Federation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population and consumer protection: to identify violators in the activities of a legal entity (individual entrepreneur), including the causes and conditions conducive to violations, and to take measures to curb identified violations.
