Purpose of inspection: This audit is conducted in order to implement Order 236 of 17042017 "On conducting Unscheduled supervisory measures against legal entities and individual Entrepreneurs providing accommodation and catering services for participants and guests of the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup and the 2018 FIFA World Cup" Federal Law No. 294 FZ of 26122008 "On the Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individuals individual entrepreneurs in the implementation of state control supervision and municipal control" paragraph 3 of Part 2 of Article 10, the objectives of this audit are to establish compliance with the activities of the audited legal entity, the individual entrepreneur, with the mandatory requirements of the Russian Federation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population and consumer protection, to identify violations in the activities of the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur, including the causes and conditions conducive to violations, to adopt measures to curb identified violations compliance with mandatory requirements or requirements established by municipal legal acts
