7. The subject of this audit is:

Verification of compliance of the work performed and the construction materials used during the construction of a capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work, with the requirements of the design documentation approved in accordance with Parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (subject to changes made to the design documentation in accordance with parts 3.8 and 3.9 of Article 49 Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation) and (or) an information model (if the formation and maintenance of an information model are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation);
7.2. Requirements for a construction permit, as well as the parameters of a capital construction facility under construction or reconstruction specified in the construction permit;
7.3. Requirements established by Parts 2 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation;
7.4. Requirements to the construction control procedure established by the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts.
