Purpose of inspection: Objectives: to verify the compliance of the work and the construction materials used in the construction process, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of this Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation
Tasks: prevention, detection and suppression of violations of the legislation on urban development and project documentation committed by the developer, the technical customer, as well as the person carrying out construction on the basis of an agreement with the developer or the technical customer
Subject: compliance with mandatory requirements and (or) requirements established by municipal legal acts (compliance of work and construction materials used in the construction process, reconstruction of a capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of this Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (taking into account changes made to the design documentation in accordance with Parts 3.8 and 3.9 of Article 49 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation) and (or) the information model (if the formation and maintenance of an information model are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of this Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation), including energy efficiency requirements (with the exception of capital construction facilities construction, to which the requirements of energy efficiency do not apply) and the requirements for equipping the capital construction facility with metering devices for used energy resources; checking the availability of a construction permit; checking compliance with the requirements established by parts 2, 3 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation)
